The Hinako's Home Visit Arc is the 65th story arc of the Ranma ½ manga, spanning three chapters. It was included as part of Volume 27 of the Weekly Shōnen Sunday tankōbon and volume 25 of the Viz Media tankōbon.
Plot Summary[]
After seeing a fight between Ranma and Kuno, Miss Hinako announces that she would be visiting Ranma to have a talk with his father. But along the way, she gets lost. She is found by Soun, and Hinako falls for him almost immediately[1]. She tells Akane that she would propose to Soun in a week, but gets distracted the entire time and fails to do so. On the last night, she absorbs Ranma's ki to propose in her adult form, but he is not having any of it. While they struggle, Soun finds them and wrongly believes that Ranma was attacking her[2]. The Tendo sisters kick her out of the house and dress Ranma in a cleaner outfit so Ranma can pretend to be Soun's wife. Hinako eventually takes Soun away, but finds that he is still in love with his deceased wife. She understands and decides to back off[3].
