Where were the names Makoto and Shikako mentioned? I don't believe their names were ever mentioned in the English dub. To my knowledge, in the European dubs they were called Asami and Hiroko. I can't find the European dubs in question, but those names have appeared on at least one fan site that hasn't been updated since 2009.
